Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately. Our team will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email to confirm that we’ve received your item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
